Node is an independent lighting design studio founded by Peter Nilsson in Stockholm in 1999.

We believe that light holds transformative power, helping us to understand and define spaces while crafting inspiring narratives. We dare to think boldly and challenge the conventional boundaries of light in every project, ensuring our designs feel original. Our approach adds value not only for our clients but for everyone involved in the project. We believe that great work can be achieved through curiosity and collaboration across various disciplines.

Peter Nilsson is a trained lighting designer, electrical engineer, and electrician. This unique combination of skills allows for a holistic and pragmatic approach in delivering creative lighting solutions.

Additionally, we design project-specific luminaires and solutions, refining our designs through the creation of prototypes and mock-ups.
